He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and his career includes long stints at Bain & Co. and JP Morgan Investment Banking, where he specialized in building scalable systems and driving growth in new markets. This expertise is instrumental in developing MyTransCo's efficient and user-friendly digital platform.
Varun Goradia
Co-Founder - Head of Operations and HR
Varun Goradia offers deep domain expertise in the real estate and financial services sectors, cultivated over 15+ years. He earned his MBA from the South Thames College, London. Varun's professional journey includes a pivotal role in his family business and crucially, extensive experience in managing and scaling a business within the real estate domain. His profound understanding of property market dynamics, legal intricacies, and financial structuring provides MyTransCo with invaluable strategic insight.
Hiren Ruchandani
Co-Founder - Head of Technology & Product
Hiren Ruchandani ensures MyTransCo's technological backbone is cutting-edge and operationally sound. An alumnus of from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from Amity University, Hiren has a proven track record of building and scaling products and platforms. His experience includes significant roles at Oracle, where he focused on cloud infrastructure, and as Head of Product & Engineering - Platforms at Jimdo. His focus on product leadership and engineering excellence is key to delivering MyTransCo's promise of automated and efficient legal and compliance processes.
